The Trimble and Building Point consulting teams work with your business and IT teams to plan and deliver a solution that meets your specific business needs. Trimble Prolog includes a robust web services integration platform out of the box. This platform allows Trimble, partners and customers to build powerful integrations of any kind to any system that also has an API (Application Programming Interface). 

This page contains information about various integrations that are available today between Prolog and other systems. At Trimble we enable our customers to use the system they need while reducing the need for duplicate data entry. 

This is not an exhaustive list - many partners and customers have built their own integrations. Contact the Trimble Technical Services team at for information on any of the below integrations or if you have ideas on potential future integrations! We are always looking for new ideas.

Automate RFI and Submittal workflows between Prolog and Studio Sessions

Integrate your RFI and Submittal processes between Trimble Prolog and Bluebeam Studio Sessions. Automatically create sessions, invite users, exchange marked up PDF documents and answer an RFI directly in Studio.


Use your existing SharePoint system to store Prolog files in real time. This powerful integration between Prolog and SharePoint allows users to upload and download files directly to SharePoint via the Prolog user interface. Note that this integration is currently only available for SharePoint and Prolog in self hosted mode however we plan to support SharePoint online (Office 365) and Prolog Sky soon.


Box customers can enable file integration between Prolog and with this integration. Real time file upload and download from Box via the Prolog user interface – no file syncing or worrying about where the latest file version is.



The latest Prolog File Management integration is with Egnyte. This integration is a seamless way to expose Egnyte file storage to Prolog users transparently from the Prolog user interface. As with our other file management integrations, this is a real time view into Egnyte with no syncing back and forth between the two systems.

Two powerful industry standards brought together: Prolog and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Integrator was developed by Event 1 Software, Inc., an authorized Sage Development Partner in partnership with select Trimble customers. This is an application designed and built to meet your financial data integration needs. Integrator eliminates dual entry and worry by seamlessly integrating your Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate financial information with Prolog robust cost control module. This tool saves you time and enables complete cost-to-date reporting!
